四种维生素联合FE复合酶漱口液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨四种维生素联合FE复合酶漱口液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年5月本院口腔科收治的72例复发性口腔溃疡患者，随机将其分为A组、B组和C组，每组24例。A组予除常规治疗外，加用四种维生素（维生素E软胶囊＋维生素B2＋甲钴胺片＋叶酸片）治疗，B组于常规基础上仅加予FE复合酶漱口液治疗，C组在A组基础上联合FE复合酶漱口液治疗，比较3组治疗过程中平均溃时间、溃疡总个数、患者溃疡疼痛指数、随访期间溃疡总间歇期以及临床疗效。结果所有患者给予相应治疗后，C组平均溃疡期短于A组和B组，溃疡总间歇期间长于A组和B组，溃疡总个数和溃疡疼痛指数均明显少于A组和B组，差异均具有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。经相应治疗后，C组临床总有效率（95．83％）明显高于A组（58．33％）和B组（66．67％），差异均具有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论四种维生素联合FE复合酶漱口液治疗复发性口腔溃疡有着良好的临床疗效，且无明显严重不良反应发生，可考虑作为临床上治疗复发性口腔溃疡的一种优选治疗方案。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of four vitamins combined with FE composite enzyme collutory in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods From January, 2015 to May, 2016, 72 patients with recurrent oral ulcer treated at our hospital were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into group A （24 cases）, group B （24 cases）, and group C （24 cases）. All the groups were given traditional treatment; in addition, group A were given four vitamins （vitamin E soft capsules ＋ vitamin B2 ＋ mecobalamin tablets ＋ folic acid tablets）, group B FE composite enzyme collutory, and group C four vitamins and FE composite enzyme collutory. The mean ulcer time, total ulcer number, ulcer pain index, total ulcer intermission in follow-up period, and clinical efficacy in the three groups were compared. Results After treatment, the mean ulcer time was shorter, the total ulcer intermission was longer, the total ulcer number was smaller, and the ulcer pain index was lower in group C than in group A and group B, with statistical differences （ all P 〈 0.05 ） . The total effective rate was 95.83% in group C, 58.33% in group A, and 66.67% in group B, with statistical differences （ all P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Four vitamins combined with FE composite enzyme collutory has good clinical efficacy and none obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer, so it is a good choice for recurrent oral ulcer in clinic.
