摘　　要：目的探讨Smad4蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法收集110例鼻咽癌患者病理组织标本和同期44例非肿瘤性鼻咽部组织标本,应用免疫组织化学法检测Smad4蛋白在鼻咽癌组织和非肿瘤性鼻咽部组织中的表达情况,分析Smad4蛋白表达与鼻咽癌患者临床参数的关系。结果鼻咽癌组织和非肿瘤性鼻咽部组织中Smad4蛋白表达阳性率分别为40.9%和70.5%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Smad4蛋白表达的高低与鼻咽癌患者的性别、年龄、病理类型和T分期无相关性(P均>0.05),与淋巴结转移(N分期)相关(P<0.05)。结论 Smad4蛋白可能与鼻咽癌的发生、发展密切相关。Objective It is to investigate the expression of Smad4 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its clinical sig- nificance. Methods 110 cases of pathological specimens of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 44 cases of non neoplastic nasopha- ryngeal tissue specimens in the same period were collected, and the expression of Smad4 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and non cancerous nasopharyngeal tissues were detected by Immunohistochcmistry method, the relationship between the expression of Smad4 protein and clinical parameters in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were analyzed. Results The positive rates of Smad4 protein expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues were 40.9% and that of non cancerous naso- pharyngeal tissues was 70.5% , there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. The expression level of Smad4 protein was not correlated with sex, age, pathological type and T stage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma （ all P 〉 0.05 ） , but associated with lymph node metastasis （ N stage） （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Smad4 protein may be closely related to the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
