老年性白内障的发病机制和中医药治疗进展

摘　　要：老年性白内障是晶状体老化后的一种退行性变,是由多种因素长期综合作用的结果。老年性白内障的发病机制多种多样,目前对其研究多从晶状体蛋白、氧化损伤以及细胞凋亡入手。随着现代科技的飞速发展,对老年性白内障的发生机制的研究已经深入基因、分子水平。近年来对中医药的发展逐渐重视,中医药治疗白内障的临床观察及研究逐步深入,为白内障的治疗提供了科学依据。Senile cataract is a degeneration of lens aging, which is a result of long-term combined effects of various fac- tors. The pathogenesis of senile cataract is diverse, at present the study is mainly approaching from the lens protein, oxidative damage and apeptosis. With the rapid development of modem science and technology,the research on the pathogenesis of senile cataract has been developed into gene and molecular level. In recent years, the development of traditional Chinese medicine has gradually been attached great importance, and the clinical observation and research of cataract in traditional Chinese medicine have provided scientific basis for the treatment of cataract.
