摘 要:目的:评估超声与数字钼靶X线摄影及两者联合对不同级别乳腺导管原位癌的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月-2016年10月在本院治疗的45例乳腺导管原位癌患者的临床资料,患者在病理确诊前均前期应用超声与数字钼靶X线摄影影像学检测,比较这两种检测技术单用与联合使用对不同级别乳腺导管原位癌的诊断价值。结果:45例患者,应用超声技术检测,诊断符合率为62.22%;应用数字钼靶X线技术检测,诊断符合率为77.78%;应用超声联合数字钼靶X线技术检测,诊断符合率为93.33%;数字钼靶X线检测技术诊断符合率高于超声检测技术,两种检测技术联合较数字钼靶X线检测诊断符合率高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声检测方法诊断准确度低于数字钼靶X线摄影技术,两种检测技术联合使用较数字钼靶X线诊断准确度高,临床可依据患者的实际情况给予合理的影像学检测来早期确诊并及时干预治疗。Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasound and digital mammography X-ray and combination in different levels of ductal carcinoma in situ ( DCIS ) .Method: The clinical data of 45 patients with ductal carcinoma in situ were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2016, all patients were examined by uhrasonography and digifal mammography X-ray in the early stage of pathological diagnosis, the diagnostic value of single and combined use of these two techniques in the diagnosis of breast cancer with different grades of ductal carcinoma in situ were compared.Result: 45 patients were detected by ultrasound, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 62.22%; the application of digital mammography detection technology, diagnostic coincidence rate was 77.78%; the detection of ultrasound combined with digital mammography X-ray technology, diagnostic coincidence rate was 93.33%; the rate detected by digital mammography X-ray was higher than that by ultrasound, the coincidence rate of two kinds of detection technology was higher than that of digital mammography, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: Ultrasonic diagnosis accuracy detection method is lower than that of digital mammography technology, the combination of two kinds of detection technology is more accurate than digital mammography, according to the actual situation of patients, the clinical diagnosis can be given to the early diagnosis and timely intervention
