恩他卡朋与吡贝地尔治疗帕金森病异动症效果的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨恩他卡朋和吡贝地尔治疗帕金森病异动症的效果。方法:筛选本院接诊的60例帕金森病异动症患者入组,按照不同的用药方案分为两组,恩他卡朋组(n=30)和吡贝地尔组(n=30)。均在治疗前1 d及治疗6个月后行UPDRS评分,评估患者的症状,同时记录药物的副反应情况。结果:恩他卡朋组精神行为情绪、运动检查、日常能力、并发症和总分均显著低于吡贝地尔组(P<0.05);恩他卡朋组副反应率显著低于吡贝地尔组(P<0.05)。结论:恩他卡朋治疗帕金森病异动症可降低异动情况,改善症状,且副反应较低,对提高患者的生活质量有积极意义。Objective： To explore the efficacy of Entacapone and Piribedil in the treatment of dyskinesia in Parkinson＇s disease. Method： A total of 60 dyskinesia in Parkinson＇s disease patients were retrospectively selected and chosen as the study samples.They were divided into two groups according to different drug regimen： Entacapone group （ n=30 ） and Piribedil group （ n=30 ） .UPDRS scores of two groups were compared the day before the experiment and six month after treatment, and the adverse reaction rates after the treatment of were compared.Result： The mental behavior emotion, exercise examination, daily capacity, complications and total score of Entacapone group were significantly lower than those of Piribedil group （ P〈0.05 ） .The side reaction rate of Entacapone group was significantly lower than that of Piribedil group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Entacapone in the treatment of dyskinesia of Parkinson＇s disease patients can reduce the situation, and side effects are relatively low, which has significance for the quality of life.
