精神分裂症超高危人群的家庭功能特点及与自尊水平的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨精神分裂症超高危(UHR)人群家庭功能特点及与自尊水平的相关性,为实施有效的家庭干预措施提供参考依据。方法:2015年5月-2016年9月使用采用精神病风险综合征定式访谈(SIPS)工具筛查出UHR人群,并使用家庭亲密度与适应性量表中文版(FACESⅡ-CV)、自尊量表对该人群进行评估。结果:精神分裂症UHR人群的家庭亲密度及家庭适应性水平均低于全国常模(P<0.05);在家庭类型构成比方面,精神分裂症UHR组和全国常模比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.070);UHR人群自尊水平与家庭亲密度和适应性呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);UHR人群各型家庭类型的自尊水平的多重比较中,极端型家庭的自尊水平低于平衡型、中间型家庭,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭功能是UHR的一个影响因素,并影响UHR人群的自尊水平。针对极端型家庭模式实施干预,将有可能提高UHR人群的自尊水平。Objective： To explore the characteristics of family function in UHR of schizophrenia, further to evaluate the influence of family factors on the level of serf-esteem of the UHR crowd, and to provide reference basis for effective family intervention measures.Method： From May 2015 to September 2016, the U HR be checked out by the Structured Interview for Prodromal Syndromes （ SIPS ） tool, they were evaluated by the family intimacy and adaptability scale Chinese version （FACES ]I-CV ）and self-esteem scale.Result： The family intimacy and adaptability level of schizophrenia UHR population were lower than the national norm （ P〈O.05 ） .There was no statistically significant difference in constituent ratio of the family type between UHR and national norm （ P=0.070 ）. Self-esteem level, family intimacy and adaptability of UHR were significantly positive correlated （ P〈0.05 ） . Self-esteem level of extreme type family was lower than the balance type and middle type. family in the rnultiple comparison, the differences were statistically significant （P〈O.05） .Conclusion： The family function is not only a influence factor of UHR, but also affect seff-esteem level of UHR crowd.Implementing interventions for extreme family patterns will likely increase the level of UHR serf-esteem.
