初发翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术改良法与传统法疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术改良法与传统法术后疗效对比。方法:随机选取2011年2月-2016年2月本院进行翼状胬肉治疗的患者370例(370眼),随机分成A组(采用传统法翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术治疗)、B组(采用改良法翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术治疗),每组各185例。所有患者年龄均在50岁以上,对治疗过程中采集的数据运用SPSS 20.0数据处理软件进行统计学分析。结果:研究表明A组复发率为7.56%,B组复发率为2.70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良法翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术能降低手术的复发率。Objective： To evaluate the comparative efficacy of pterygium excision combined with amniotic membrane transplantation after the modified method with the conventional method.Method： 370 cases with pterygium in our hospital were selected from February 2011 to February 2016, they were randomly divided into A and B group, 185 cases in each group.A group was given the traditional method of pterygium excision with amniotic membrane transplantation, B group was given the improved method of pterygium excision with amniotic membrane transplantation.AU patients were aged 50 years older, the data collected during the treatment was given SPSS 20.0 software for statistical analysis.Result： The study showed that the recurrence rate was 7.56% in group A, B group recurrence rate was 2.70%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The modified method of pterygium excision combined with amniotic membrane transplantation can reduce the recurrence rate of surgery.
