胃肠起搏器治疗功能性胃肠病的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析评估胃肠起搏器治疗功能性胃肠病的疗效。方法收集功能性胃肠病患者52例,按随机、双盲、平行、对照的方法分为观察组和对照组两组各26例,观察组以频率3.5次/min的刺激电流"驱动"胃电活动进行治疗,对照组以频率1次/min的刺激电流"驱动"胃电活动进行治疗,通过临床症状、胃电图(EGG)、胃排空试验指标判断疗效。结果观察组明显增强胃排空,减轻和消除胃动力障碍症状,而对照组治疗效果明显低于观察组。症状总分的改善和胃排空的改善正相关(r=0.3289,P=0.018);胃排空的改善和餐后胃电节律改善正相关(r=0.4196,P=0.002)。结论胃肠起搏器能有效改善功能性胃肠病患者的临床症状和体征。Objective To analyze and evaluate the therapeutic effect of surface gastrointestinal pacemaker for the patients with functional gastrointestinal disorder.Methods A total of 52 patients with functional gastrointestinal disorder were enrolled in the study.They were divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group was treated with surface gastrointestinal pacemaker,and frequency of stimulation was 3.5cycles/min.However,the frequency of stimulation of control group was one cycle/min.Therapeutic effect was determined through aggregate analysis of clinical symptoms,EGG and gastric emptying before and after treatment.Results The treatment group drove gastric electrical activity,enhanced gastric emptying,reduced or eliminated the symptoms of gastric motility disorders.However,the therapeutic effect of control group was worse than treatment group.Improvement of symptom score was positive correlation to improvement of gastric emptying（（r=0.3289,P = 0.018）.Improvement of gastric emptying was positive correlation to postprandial gastric electrical activity（（r=0.4196,P=0.002）.Conclusion Gastrointestinal pacemaker can relieve symptoms of functional gastrointestinal disorders.It is an effective and safe management in functional gastrointestinal disorder patients.
