摘 要:比较不同产地铁皮石斛品质差异,建立HPLC指纹图谱,对其质量控制提供参考。以29份来自云南、浙江、湖南、广西和广东不同栽培产地的铁皮石斛(25份鲜条、4份市售干条和枫斗)为试材,比较了其多糖和醇溶性浸出物含量,并利用HPLC法建立了铁皮石斛指纹图谱。结果表明,样品间多糖含量和醇溶性浸出物含量差异显著,有1份样品的多糖含量和4份样品的醇溶性浸出物含量未达到中国药典的标准。HPLC指纹图谱分析发现29份样品共有13个共有峰,除1份云南样品与对照图谱的相似度为0.676外,其余样品与对照图谱相似度均在0.751~0.934。依据共有峰峰面积聚类分析发现仅少数来源地相近的铁皮石斛样品能优先聚类,而多糖含量、醇溶性浸出物含量与相似度间并没有明显的相关性。不同产地的人工栽培铁皮石斛及其市售干品品质差异较大,铁皮石斛HPLC指纹图谱含13个共有峰,利用该图谱可以对铁皮石斛进行质量评价。Comparing the quality differences of Dendrobium officinale from different areas and establishing the HPLC fingerprints of D. offici- na/e were conducted to provide a reference for quality control. The polysaecharidc content and alcohol soluble extract content of 29 D. officinale (25 fresh samples and 4 dried samples and Fengdou) from different cultivation areas were evaluated, and their fingerprints were estab- lished using HPLC method. The results showed that 29 samples have significant differences in the content of polysaccharides and alcohol solu- ble extracts, but polysaccharide content of one sample and alcohol soluble extract content of four samples were below the standards of the Chi- nese pharmacopoeia. HPLC fingerprints indicated there were 13 common peaks among 29 samples. The similarity of HPLC fingerprints of D. oj^tcinale was higher ( between 0.751 and 0.934) except one Yunnan sample was 0. 676. Clustering analysis indicated a few D. offtcinale with similar sources were priority clustering, and no correlation was found among the polysaccharide content, alcohol soluble extract content and similarity. The qualities were diverse among the D. offtcinale samples from different areas. HPLC fingerprints of D. offtcinale contained 13 common peaks, which could be used for quality evaluation of D. officinale.
