制度信任偏离度对再次合作意愿影响实证研究

摘　　要：基于制度信任内涵及契合理论,考虑我国经济转型期制度不完善情境下企业制度有效性现实感知与主观期望偏离事实,提出制度信任偏离度概念;通过274家企业调查,探讨制度信任偏离度对再次合作意愿的影响。结果表明:制度信任偏离度对再次合作意愿既有直接显著负效应,也有经供应链协作信任中介的间接显著负效应。Given that Chinese firms＇ expectations of institution effectiveness often deviate from their reality perceptions during economic transition without perfect institutions, the paper firstly proposes the concept of institutional trust deviation based on institutional trust＇s definition and fit theory, then examines its effects on cooperative desire by 274 firms＇ survey. The results show that institutional trust deviation not only directly influences cooperative desire, but also indirectly, significantly and negatively affects it through supply chain collaboration trust.
