摘　　要：目的总结显微镜下经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路垂体腺瘤切除手术经验,探讨提高垂体腺瘤疗效的手术方法。方法对我科近5年收治的103例垂体腺症患者,行显微镜下经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路垂体瘤切除术,进行回顾性分析,与同期该病同类手术方法比较。结果本组103例均行显微镜下经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路垂体腺瘤切除术治疗,手术耗时及平均术中出血量均少于国内相关文献报告,肿瘤全切率显著高于国内文献报道,术后并发症明显低于同期相关文献报道,术后症状改善情况和内分泌化验情况则与同期文献报告相似。结论显微镜下经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路垂体腺瘤切除术,具有安全、简洁、微创、用时短及易操作等优点,是鞍内垂体腺瘤切除的良好方法。ObjectiveThe surgical experience of endoscopic single nostril transsphenoidal surgery for pituitary adenoma resection was summarized to improve the efficacy of the surgical efficiency of pituitary adenoma.MethodsA total of 103 patients with pituitary gland disease admitted to our department in the last 5 years were performed the single nostril transsphenoidal surgery for pituitary adenoma under microscope, and the data were analyzed retrospectively and compared with the similar surgical methods.ResultsIn the endoscopic single nostril transsphenoidal surgery, the average operation time and the average intraoperative bleeding volume were less than those of the domestic related literature reports; total resection rate of tumor was significantly higher than that reported in the literature; the postoperative complications were significantly lower than those of the related literatures; the postoperative symptoms and endocrine tests were similar compared with the literature reported.ConclusionSingle nostril transsphenoidal surgery for pituitary adenoma is safe, simple, minimally invasive, short and easy for operating, so it is a good method for pituitary adenoma resection.
