新常态下地方本科院校应用型人才培养体系构建——以贺州学院为例

摘　　要：教育服务于经济和社会,应与其发展保持高度一致。经济发展新常态对我国高等教育的人才培养提出了新的要求。在分析了应用型人才培养模式的内涵与特点以及经济发展新常态对人才培养的新要求后,从办学理念、师资队伍、培养方案、实践教学以及教学方法与手段等角度探讨了新常态下地方本科院校应用型人才培养过程中存在的问题及其成因,最后针对上述问题提出了新常态下地方本科院校应用型人才培养体系的构建思路及具体路径。Education should serve for economy and society, and maintain highly consistent with their development. Economic development in the new normal has proposed new requirements on talent cultivation of higher education. On the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of applied talents training mode as well as the new requirements of personnel training in the new normal of economic development, the paper points out the problems and causes during the process of talent cultivation. in local undergraduate institutions from the perspectives of educational philosophy, teaching staff, training scheme, teaching practice and teaching methods. As a result, in new normal, construction idea and concrete path of applied talents cultivation system in local undergraduate institutions are put forward.
