两种放化疗方案治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨序贯和同步放化疗方案治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效及安全性差异。方法:研究对象选取局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者共120例,以随机区组法分为序贯组(60例)和同步组(60例),分别采用序贯放化疗和同步放化疗方案治疗;比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后EORTC评分及Ⅲ~Ⅳ级不良反应发生率等。结果:同步组患者临床疗效和治疗后EORTC评分均显著优于序贯组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时两组患者Ⅲ~Ⅳ级不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:相较于序贯放化疗方案,同步放化疗方案治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌可有效延缓病情进展,提高生活质量,且未增加药物不良反应发生概率。Objective：To investigate the clinical effects and safety differences of sequential and synchronous radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy scheme in the treatment of locally advanced non small cell lung cancer.Methods：120 patients with locally advanced non small cell lung cancer were chosen and randomly divided into two groups including sequential group （60 patients） with sequential radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy scheme and synchronous group （60 patients） with synchronous radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy scheme; and the clinical efficacy,EORTC score before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reaction for class Ⅲ-Ⅳ of both groups were compared.Results：The clinical efficaey and EORTC score after treatment of synchronous group after treatment was significant better than that of sequential group （ P 〈 0.05 ） .There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction for class Ⅲ-Ⅳ between 2 groups （ P〉 0.05 ） .Conclusion：Compared with sequential radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy scheme,synchronous radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy scheme in the treatment of locally advanced non small cell lung cancer can efficiently delay the disease progression,higher the quality of life and will not increase the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
