摘  要:目的:研究FISH技术检测TERC基因在子宫颈上皮内瘤变1级与2级鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:选取50例宫颈组织标本为研究对象,均采用FISH技术检测,分析TERC基因的扩增情况。结果:在正常的子宫颈鳞状上皮中,TERC基因没有扩增,20例初步诊断为2级的患者中,有8例TERC基因扩增,10例初步诊断为1级的患者中,有1例TERC基因扩增,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用石蜡包埋组织切片难以对CIN1/2级进行鉴别时,要采用FISH技术检测,如果TERC基因扩增,则判定为CIN2级;TERC基因不扩增,则判定为CIN1级。Objective:To detect the TERC of FISH gene in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 1 and grade 2 diagnostic value.Methods:50 cases of cervical tissue specimens as the research object, were detected by FISH analysis, amplification of TERC gene.Results:in normal cervix squamous epithelium,TERC gene showed no amplification phenomenon, 20 eases of initial diagnosis of 2 patients,8 eases of TERC gene amplification in 10 cases of primary diagnosis of 1 patients, 1 cases of TERC gene amplification,there were statistical significance (P〈 0.05). Conclusion:using paraffin embedded tissue sections of CIN1/2 are difficult to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the case,to use the FISH technology to detect if the TERC gene amplification is determined for CIN2;TERC gene amplification,is determined to CIN1 level.
