摘 要:目的提高急诊患者输液效率和患者满意度。方法将自愿选取常规流程行静脉输液的2 911例急诊患者归为固定组,将选取护士流动站行静脉输液的3 763例归为流动组。固定组患者到护士站静脉输液穿刺成功后自行返回病床休息;流动组自行设计流动护士站,由护士到患者床旁进行静脉输液。结果流动组输液操作时间、输液外渗率显著少于固定组,患者满意度显著高于固定组(均P<0.01)。结论采用流动护士站为急诊患者静脉输液,可有效提高静脉输液效率及患者满意度。Objective To improve work efficiency of intravenous (IV) infusion in emergency department and to enhance patient satis- faction. Methods A total of 2 911 patients were voluntarily subjected to routine IV infusion procedures in which they were asked to receive puncture in the nurse station and then go back to their bed for infusion. Their counterparts (n=3763) received bedside puncture for IV infusion that was performed by nurses using the ambulatory nurse station. Results The ambulatory infusion group needed shorter time for performing IV infusion procedures, showed lower incidence of extravasation, and had higher patient satis- faction than the routine group (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion The application of ambulatory nurse station for IV infusion in emer- gency department can effectively improve work efficiency and patent satisfaction.
