摘 要:目的了解护理本科生实习后基护技能操作考核成绩的影响因素,为制订提高教学质量举措提供参考。方法采用目的抽样的方法,抽取实习后参加基护技能操作考核的576名护理本科生进行问卷调查,了解护理本科生实习后基护技能操作考核成绩的影响因素。结果护生基础护理技能操作成绩为(96.73±15.15)分,影响护理本科生实习后基护技能考核成绩的主要因素有校内基护理论考核成绩、实习时间、学校和临床操作用物和操作流程差异程度、考核项目示教规范程度、考核项目临床实践指导频次(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论建议重视护生基护理论知识和实践技能的校内教学;学校和临床实践教学定期交流,缩小两者差异;选拔临床带教护理人员;建立护生基础护理技能操作学习档案,提高带教效率。Objective To understand the determinants of basic nursing skill examination results for baccalaureate nursing students after internship, and to provide reference for setting up teaching quality improving intervention. Methods Totally 576 baccalaureate nursing students after internship and attending the basic nursing skill examination were selected by purposive sampling, and they were investigated in terms of the determinants of the examination results. Results The basic nursing skill examination result for the students was 96. 73 ! 15. 15, and the determinants of the result included the theoretical examination result of basic nursing in university, practicing time, the difference of material and process between university teaching and clinical practice, the teaching regularity of the examination items, guide frequency of the examination items during clinical practice (P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01). Conclu- sion It is recommend to pay attention to the teaching of theoretical knowledge and practical skills for nursing students in university, the teachers in charge of university and clinical teaching should communicate regularly to narrow the difference between the two of phases of teaching, select nursing teachers from the staff, and establish basic nursing skills learning portfolio for nursing students to improve teaching efficiency.
