“一”字切开法矫正内眦赘皮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨"一"字切开法内眦赘皮矫正术的疗效。方法 84位求美者,行"一"字切开法内眦赘皮矫正术。方法观察4月~2年,对该手术效果进行综合评判。结果疤痕增生1例(1.1%),泪阜过渡暴露4例(4.8%),泪阜暴露不足6例(7.0%),内眦外观不满意1例(1.1%),内眦间距不满意8例(9.5%)。总体手术效果非常满意72例(85.7%),满意10例(12%),不满意2例(2.4%)。结论 "一"字切开法内眦赘皮矫正术后疤痕轻、内眦形态良好、远期效果满意。Objective The purpose of this essay is to discuss the curative effect of the correction of epicanthus by transverse incision. Methods The sample of the study is 84 patients. All participants have experienced the correction of epicanthus by transverse incision. The essay will comprehensively evaluate the curative effect of the correction of epicanthus by transverse incision based on clinical observation of 84 cases for 4 to 24 months. Results Among all cases, 1 case of scar hyperplasia （1.1%）, 4 cases of overexposure of lacrimal gland （4.8%）, 6 cases of inadequate exposure of lacrimal gland （7.0%）, 1 case of dissatisfied to the appearance （1.1%）, 8 cases of dissatisfied to epicanthus span （9.5%）. As to the operation result, there are 72 participants （85.7%） very satisfied, 10 participants （12%） satisfied and 2 cases dissatisfied （2.4%）. Conclusion The conclusion is that correction of epicanthus by transverse incision has the advantages of light scar, nice appearance and good long-term effect.
