摘 要:目的 考察蜂蜡和卵磷脂对刺五加混悬剂稳定性的影响。方法 固定混悬剂中的其他因素 ,分别改变蜂蜡和卵磷脂的用量 ,研究在不同用量情况下 ,蜂蜡和卵磷脂对刺五加混悬剂的助悬效果。通过对沉降体积比、再分散性的考察 ,确定蜂蜡、卵磷脂两种混悬剂合用作为处方中的稳定剂。在此基础上分别研究两种助悬剂的用量与沉降体积比、再分散性、流变学及粒径变化等方面的关系。结果 单独使用蜂蜡或卵磷脂作为助悬剂不能达到良好的助悬效果。蜂蜡用量对体系粘度、流变学性质、再分散性、粒径变化等都有影响。而卵磷脂仅对抑制粒径变化和再分散性有影响。结论 蜂蜡通过影响体系粘度和流变学性质 ,使各项稳定性指标发生变化。卵磷脂作为表面活性剂 ,对再分散性及粒径变化发挥作用。AIM\ The purpose is to investigate the effects of bee wax and lecithin on the stability of Acanthopanax senticosus oil suspension. METHODS\ Combination of the bee wax was determined by the test of reditrbution and sedimentation volumes. Sedimentation volumes,redistribution, rheological characters and the change of particle diameter were determined with different content of bee wax and lecithin respectively. RESULTS\ The results demonstrated that good stability can be gotten by using bee wax and lecithin. The system viscidity , rheological characters, redispersibility and changes of particle diameter are all related with the concentration of bee wax, while lecithin only has effects on the redispersibility and the changes of particle diameter. CONCLUSION\ By impacting on the system viscidity and rheological characters,bee wax plays an important role in the oil suspension stability. As a surfactant,lectin has influence on the redistribution and changes of particle diameter.
