摘　　要：患者男,41岁。右上臂红色结节5年,破溃伴痛1个月。患者曾被误诊为穿通性毛母质瘤,经组织病理检查诊断毛母质瘤继发感染。患者术后伤口愈合良好,随访中无复发。A 41-year-old man presented with a red nodule on his right upper arm. The lesion had been noticed increas- ing by size gradually for 5 years, and had been erosive and painful for one month. It had been impressed pri- marily as pertorating pilomatricoma, but ＇after histopathological examination and differentiated diagnosis, di- agnosis of pilomatricoma with secondary, intfetion was made. The nodule was excised and healed well. No re- currence was noted in the follow-up.
