摘  要:目的 :观察急性高原应激大鼠脑组织一氧化氮 (NO)含量和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力变化 ,探讨高原应激自由基对脑的损害作用。方法 :通过急性进入高原建立急性应激模型 ,分别取脑边缘系统大脑额叶、海马、下丘脑及中脑 ,制成脑组织匀浆 ,测定NO含量和SOD活力 ,测定血浆皮质醇含量。结果 :急性高原应激组大鼠大脑额叶、海马、下丘脑组织SOD活力明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,NO含量在海马、下丘脑升高明显 (P <0 0 5 ) ,血液皮质醇含量增高。结论 :在高原应激反应对脑的损害中 。Objective:To observe the changes of nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in brain tissue of rats under acute stress of shifting to high altitude area Method:With acute stress model by shifting to high altitude area by train The level of NO and activity of SOD were measured in hippocampus, prefrontal and hypothalamus of rats Results:The activity of SOD in the above structures of brain of rats in stress was significantly higher than that of control The levels of NO in hippocampus and hypothalamus in stress group were significantly higher than the counterparts of control Conclusion:The level of free radical in brain tissue of rats increased after shifting to high altitude area, which may play a role in the stress of shifting high altitude
