结直肠癌规范化诊疗培训教学模式探讨

摘　　要：新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院胃肠外科对规范化培训医生从医德教育、医患沟通、肿瘤患者人文关怀、临床思维培养、信息化教育、临床示教及多学科协助诊疗(multiple disciplinary team,MDT)等方面开展临床教学工作,取得了良好的效果。文章介绍这种具有肿瘤学专科特色的结直肠癌规范化诊疗培训的临床教学模式。Department of Gastroenterological Surgery,Affiliated Tumor Hospital,Xinjiang Medical University conductsclinical teaching and training for standardized training doctors from the aspects of medical ethics education, doctor-patient communication, humanistic care on tumor patients, clinical thinking cultivation, informationized education,clinical teaching demonstration and multidisciplinary team（MDT）, achieving a good effect.In this paper,this clinicalteaching mode of diagnosis treatment in colorectal carcinoma, which is of the characteristic of oncology major, is fullyelaborated.
