专业型硕士创新能力培养探讨——以材料工程专业为例

摘　　要：专业型硕士研究生培养在课程设置、实践环节、指导教师知识结构、论文环节中存在的问题束缚了培养目标的实现。文章以材料工程专业硕士的培养为例,提出从设置专业特色的课程体系、改变教学模式、搭建双导师制和校企合作平台等方面完成对专业型硕士研究生培养模式的建构,培养具有创新意识和能力的高级工程技术人才。Problems existing in the curricula, practice, objectives for cultivating professional master students from material engineering as an example, this article suggests knowledge structure of tutors and thesis prevented the realizing. Taking cultivation of master student majoring in to build a cultivation mode by setting up characteristic curriculum system, changing the teaching mode, building double-tutor system and school-enterprise cooperation platform to complete the training mode of professional master students and train senior engineering talents with innovative consciousness and ability.
