摘　　要：我国是世界范围内近视眼发病率较高的国家之一,这种状况已经引起了国家卫生医疗部门的高度重视。但是目前,国内外的现代医学研究仍没有找到便于推广、行之有效的近视眼防控方法和途径。本文中笔者通过检索相关文献,就现代医学与我国传统医学在近视眼防控方面的异同点进行比较。主要从现代医学对近视眼发病机制的研究与中医学整体观念对近视眼的认识、现代医学以预防为主的青少年近视眼眼保健理念与中医学"治未病"的眼保健思想及近视眼的现代医学与中医学疗法等方面进行分析。对中医学在青少年近视眼防控中的应用价值和定位进行探讨,寻找其发展的新途径。China is one of the countries with high incidence of myopia in the world, which has attracted the attention of the national health care department. However, at present, there are still no convenient and effective methods to prevent and treat myopia in modem medicine at home and abroad. In this paper, the author compared the similarities and differences between modem medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of myopia by searching relevant literature. The modern medical study of pathogenesis of myopia and the traditional Chinese medical perception of holistic theory of myopia, the idea of prevention-oriented eye care in modem medicine and the theory of treating before disease attacking in traditional Chinese medicine, the modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine therapy and other aspects were analyzed mainly. Finally, the application value and orientation of Chinese medicine in the prevention and control of juvenile myopia were explored to find a new developing way.
