摘　　要：人才是创新的源泉,是国家发展的动力,世界各国都非常重视高等教育。高校思想政治教育工作能够帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,培养学生的健全人格,是提升高校学术思想道德水平的关键环节。随着信息时代的到来,高校思想政治工作工作面临诸多挑战,传统思想政治教育工作难以适应学术的需求和时代的发展,所以有必要对高校思想政治教育工作进行创新。本文通过论述高校思想政治教育工作的重要意义,分析当前高校思想政治教育工作的现状及存在的问题,进一步提出高校思想政治教育工作的创新路径。Talent is the source of innovation and the driving force of national development, the world attaches great importance to higher education. Ideological and political education in colleges can help students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. Cultivating students＇ sound personality is the key linked to improve the academic ideological and moral level of colleges. With the advent of the information age, the ideological and political work in colleges is facing many challen- ges, the traditional ideological and political education is difficult to adapt to the academic development of the times and the needs, so it is necessary to carry on the innovation of Ideological and political education work. In this paper, the analysis of the current situation of ideological and political education work and the existing problems, it puts forward the innovation path of ideological and political education work.
