摘　　要：企业要想实现自身的可持续发展,提高经济效益,就需要通过工程项目投资来实现。但是,在投资过程中,会存在较多的不确定性因素,容易引发投资风险问题,不仅无法为企业带来理想的经济效益,还会影响企业的正常运行。所以,要想保证企业工程项目投资的有效性和价值性,需要采取科学的管理措施,加强对工程项目投资的控制力度,实现理性投资。论文简要介绍了工程项目管理和工程项目投资管理,指出了当前工程项目投资管理中存在的问题,对基于项目管理理论的工程项目投资管理策略进行了讨论。Through the project investment,the enterprise could realize the sustainable development and increase the economic benefit.But in the process of investment,there will be a lot of uncertainty factors easily lead to investment risks, which not only can not bring ideal economic benefits for enterprises, but also affect the normal operation o fenterprises.Therefore, in order to ensure the effeetiveness and value of investment, it is necessary to adopt scientific management measures to strengthen the control of the project investment, to achieve rational investment.This paper briefly introduces the project management and project investment management, points out the existing problems in the management of investment projects, and discussed discusses the investment management strategy of engine ering project based on project management theory.
