摘 要:针对以旋转变压器为位置传感器的电动汽车永磁同步电机(PMSM)驱动系统,重点开展旋转变压器正交不完善和幅值不平衡位置传感器故障在线诊断与自适应容错控制研究。首先分析旋转变压器幅值不平衡与正交不完善故障所导致的位置偏差及在d、q轴定子电流中所呈现的故障特征,提出基于定子q轴电流故障特征的有效提取,通过故障模式定位、识别和故障程度评估实现位置传感器故障的在线诊断,巧妙地回避逆变器死区效应引起的q轴电流脉动对位置传感器故障诊断精度的影响,再基于获取的位置偏差实现自适应容错控制。最后,通过系统建模与仿真研究、系统实验测试证实所提出的位置传感器故障在线诊断与自适应故障容错策略的合理有效性。For the permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM ) drive system in electric vehicle using resolver as position sensor, researches are focused on the online fault diagnosis and adaptive fault-tolerant control of amplitude umbalance and quadrature imperfect faults in this paper. First, the position deviation and the fault features of d-and q-axis stator currents caused by amplitude umbalance and quadrature imperfect faults are analyzed. Then, by fault mode location, identification and fault degree evaluation, the effective extraction and separation of fault features in q-axis stator current are presented to implement the online fault diagnosis, moreover, the effect of q-axis current ripple caused by inverter dead-time effects on the diagnosis accuracy of position sensor fault is skillfully avoided. And then, The adaptive fault-tolerant control is achieved by using the obtained position deviation. At last, the reasonable and effectiveness of proposed online fault diagnosis and adaptive fault-tolerant control strategy are validated through system modeling, simulation researches and experimental testing.
