白介素-2对胃癌术后患者免疫功能影响

摘　　要：目的 :通过观察胃癌术后病人白介素 - 2 (IL- 2 )治疗过程中外周血淋巴细胞表型、血清白介素 - 2受体(SIL- 2 R)和血清白介素 - 12 (IL- 12 )水平的变化 ,对胃癌术后患者的免疫机能的影响进行评价。方法 :胃癌术后患者 6 4例随机分成两组 :一组给予 IL- 2 ,另一组为对照组。用药前、后分别行 IL- 12和 SIL- 2 R测定以及用流式细胞仪测定淋巴细胞的表型。结果 :用药后血清 IL- 12及 CD4 +、CD8+、CD5 6 +比用药前明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。而 SIL- 2 R明显下降(P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :应用 IL - 2治疗胃癌术后患者 ,其细胞免疫机能明显改善。Objective:To elucidate the effect on the immune function of post operative patients with gastric cancer by the change of serum IL 2R level,IL 12 level and peripheral lymphocytes express types during the treatment of those gastric cancer patients with IL 2.Methods:Sixty four post operative patients of gastric cancer were divided into two groups at random.IL 2 was injected in one group.The other group was negative control.Before and after injections the serum IL 12 levels and peripheral lymphocytes express types were separately tested.Results:The mean serum IL 12 level and CD4 +,CD8 +,CD56 + after injecion was significantly higher than that before injection(P<0.05).But the mean serum IL 2R level was lower.Conclusion:After treated by IL 2 the immune functions were improved significantly.
