急诊胃镜对肝恶性肿瘤合并食管胃底曲张静脉破裂出血患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究急诊胃镜对肝恶性肿瘤合并食管胃底曲张静脉破裂出血患者的临床治疗效果。方法:选取在笔者所在医院确诊为肝恶性肿瘤合并食管胃底曲张静脉破裂出血的患者60例为研究对象。随机分成观察组与对照组,观察组给予急诊胃镜治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗效果明显高于对照组。对照组的死亡率为20.00%,观察组的死亡率为10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肝恶性肿瘤合并食管胃底曲张静脉破裂出血患者的治疗中应用急诊胃镜,能有效提升患者的治疗效果及预后质量。Objective：To explore the emergency endoscopy for liver malignant tumor complicated with esophageal varices bleeding in patients with clinical therapeutic effect.Methods：60 patients with liver malignant tumor complicated with esophageal varices bleeding were selected as our subjects who were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given emergency gastroscopy treatment,the control group was treated with drugs.Results：The observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The mortality rate of the control group was 20%,and the mortality rate in the observation group was 10%.Data comparison results for the difference was statistically significant Conclusion：The application of emergent gastroscopy in the treatment of patients with liver malignant tumor complicated with esophageal varices bleeding can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of prognosis.
