曲安奈德联合雷珠单抗治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究曲安奈德联合雷珠单抗治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的临床效果。方法:选取反复持续视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿患者40例(共40只眼),采用随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,各20例:对照组患者采用注射雷珠单抗,观察组采用雷珠单抗+曲安奈德治疗。结果:治疗后,两组各时间点矫正视力均较治疗前有显著提高(P<0.05);与对照组各时间点比较,观察组略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:从短期效果方面来说,联合治疗是一种更经济的治疗方案,为临床治疗提供一种新思路。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with ranibizumab treatment of macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion.Methods：40 patients with macular edema secondary to retinal vein cclusionmacular（40 eyes） randomly were divided into control group and observation group,20 cases in each group,control group were treated with injection of ranibizumab and observation group with triamcinolone acetonide injection ＋ ranibizumab.Results：After a period of treatment,two groups at each time point corrected visual acuity compared with those before treatment improved significantly（P〈0.05）;and compared to the control group,observation group at each time point corrected acuity was slightly higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：For short-term outcome,combined treatment is a more economical treatment,to provide a new idea for clinical treatment.
