摘 要:目的探讨组织β连环蛋白(β-Catiline)mRNA和胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)mRNA检测在子宫内膜癌和子宫内膜息肉疾病鉴别诊断中的临床价值。方法通过RT-PCR技术检测增殖期内膜组、子宫内膜息肉组和子宫内膜癌组组织β-Catenin mRNA和IGF-1 mRNA的表达,比较以上指标的变化及其与血清CA-125的相关性。结果组织β-Catenin mRNA和IGF-1 mRNA分别在增殖期内膜组、子宫内膜息肉组和子宫内膜癌组中的表达率为(14.8%,28.1%,80.0%),(46.6%,84.3%,100%)。子宫内膜腺癌组组织β-Catenin mRNA和IGF-1 mRNA表达率与增殖期内膜组、子宫内膜息肉组相比较明显增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),增殖期内膜组β-Catenin mRNA与子宫内膜息肉组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而增殖期内膜组IGF-1 mRNA则低于与子宫内膜息肉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),30例子宫内膜腺癌组组织β-Catenin mRNA和IGF-1 mRNA相对表达量呈正相关(r=0.537,P<0.01),且两标志物分别与血清CA-125呈正相关(r=0.523,0.469,P<0.01)。结论联合检测组织β-Catiline和IGF-1在子宫内膜癌和子宫内膜息肉病变组织中的表达,可增加子宫内膜癌的早期检出率,为两种疾病的鉴别诊断提供新的思路。Objective To evaluate the application of beta-Catenin mRNA and IGF-1 mRNA in endometrial cancer and endometrial polyps. Methods The expression of beta-Catenin mRNA and IGF-1 mRNA in tissues was detected in the proliferation period endometrium group,endometrial polyps group and endometrial carcinoma group by RT-PCR technique,compared the changes of the above indicators. Results The positive rates of beta-Catenin mRNA and IGF-1 mRNA in tissues in the proliferation period endometrium group,l endometrial polyps group and endometrial carcinoma group were( 14. 8%,28. 1%,80. 0%),( 46. 6%,84. 3%,100%),respectively. In endometrial adenocarcinoma group the expression rate of the beta-Catenin mRNA and IGF-1 mRNA and proliferation of the membrane was different with that in the endometrial polyps group,the differences had statistical significance( P〈0.01). The difference of beta-Catenin mRNA in the proliferation period endometrium group compared that in the endometrial polyps group had no statistical significance( P〈0.05),and that of IGF-1 mRNA was lower than that in the endometrial polyps group( P〈0.05). The relative expression quantity of beta-Catenin mRNA and IGF-1 mRNA in tissues had a positive correlation in the endometrial carcinoma group( r=0. 537,P〉0.01),and the two markers respectively presented positive correlation with serum CA-125( r=0. 523,0. 469,P〈0.01). Conclusion Joint detection of expression of beta-Catenin and IGF-1 in tissues in the endometrial cancer and endometrial polyps increases the early detectable rate of the endometrial carcinoma,providng a new thought for the differential diagnosis of the above two diseases.
