土豆淀粉渣与豆腐渣营养成分的测定及瘤胃降解率的比较

摘　　要：对榆林市定边县采集的土豆淀粉渣和豆腐渣进行主要常规营养成分的测定和分析,并用尼龙袋法测定它们的干物质、蛋白质、粗纤维在陕北白绒山羊瘤胃中的降解率。结果表明,它们的粗灰分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、均存在较大差异,且差异极显著(P<0.01),土豆淀粉渣中粗纤维和粗灰分的含量明显高于豆腐渣,土豆淀粉渣的粗脂肪、粗蛋白的含量均低于豆腐渣。土豆淀粉渣的干物质降解率都高于豆腐渣,而豆腐渣的粗蛋白、粗纤维降解率却高于土豆淀粉渣,且差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论,豆腐渣的营养价值比土豆淀粉渣高。This topic is to get the determination and analysis of the major conventional nutrient components of Dingbian County potato starch residue and bean curd residue.The northern Shaanxi white cashmere goat is used to determine the rumen degradability of dry matter,crude protein,crude fiber and Nylon bag method adopted in the determination.Results show that two varieties of crude ash,crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber are quite different and the difference is significant（P〈0.01）.Crude fiber and crude ash content in the potato starch residue are higher than bean curd residue; the crude fat,crude protein and dry matter contents of potato starch residue are lower than bean curd residue.Degradation rates of dry matter,crude protein in the potato starch residue are higher than bean curd residue and the difference is significant（P〈0.01）.In conclusion,the nutrient value of bean curd residue is better than that of potato starch residue.
