应激神经内分泌学病理生理与整体内伤病证候本质的关系

摘　　要：中医内伤病证候是经中医几千年发展又经近年来总结而形成的中医最宝贵的精华部分。疾病在不同的发展阶段可出现不同的证侯,它的神经—内分泌病理生理基础则是3条线,这3条线的病理生理变化构成了全部中医内伤病的证。在整个内伤病证候中,肝脾肾3个系统的病理生理和3条应激神经内分泌学的主要变化,恰恰与应激神经内分泌3条主要神经内分泌腺相互吻合。肝脾肾3条线是主轴,而心肺、六腑、经络的定位均依附在肝脾肾3条线上,可揭示出全部证候的病理生理。应激神经内分泌学的病理生理与现代的3条神经内分泌线是中西医两大医疗体系的交汇点、整合点,相互扩容的主要部分。现代医学应激系统发展出来的神经内分泌病理生理学含整个内分泌轴及植物神经的联合轴是证候实质的基础,由此可以用现代科学和医学理论来研究发展发扬中医药。3条神经—内分泌线是疾病引起共同的应激神经内分泌学的表现,但应激神经内分泌学缺乏整体的临床表现,而中医两千年发展的证恰好是一个补充和整合。Syndrome-differentiation is the essence and treasure of traditional Chinese medicine,which was established by thousands of years and summarized in recent years. The syndromes appear at different stages of stress-related diseases. It is found that there are close correlations between the syndromes and the three axes of the neuroendocrine systems. The physiological functions and pathologic changes caused by the stress response in nervous,endocrine,and immune systems constitute the foundation of syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine. The physiology and pathology of the liver,spleen and kidney systems have identical manifestations with the main changes of those three axes of the neuroendocrine systems. The signs and symptoms of those three axes not only manifest changes of the liver,spleen,and kidney systems but also the heart and lung systems,as well as six Fu organs and meridians. Those three axes form the meeting area and integrating points for traditional Chinese medicine and conventional western medicine. The physiology and pathology of neuroen-docrine including endocrine axes and vegetative nerve joint axe is the base of syndrome. The study revealed substantial evidence of syn-dromes in traditional Chinese medicine,which may influence teaching,researching,and practice among traditional Chinese medicine,conventional medicine,and integrative medicine in the future.
