摘 要:分析了传统生物化学实验教学的不足,就生物化学实验教学课程的建设进行了探索,以培养学生综合能力为导向,将综合性、设计性元素融入到基础实验教学当中,通过对实验教学课程内容的整合和优化,促进教学质量的提升,培养学生学习的积极性和分析问题、解决问题的能力,探索了生化实验教学中培养高素质、综合型创新人才之路。Starting from the reform on the teaching of biochemistry experiments and guided by the purpose of developing students' comprehensive ability,this publication analyzes the shortcoming of traditional teaching of experimental biochemistry course; the construction on this course is also discussed.Elements from the point of view in comprehensiveness and design are integrated into the basic experiments. By integrating and optimizing the course contents,the teaching quality is improved,and students' enthusiasm for learning and capability in finding,analyzing and solving problems are enhanced. The approaches to train talent students of high quality and comprehensively innovative ability with biochemistry experiment teaching are investigated too.
