摘　　要：选择精制基础油与多种添加剂复配研制一种静电喷涂防锈油,经防锈、击穿电压、机械杂质、清洗性等试验证明,该防锈油可以用于冷轧钢板、镀锌钢板以及电机轴承等金属零件的封存防锈,具有防锈性好、绝缘性优、涂油均匀、易清洗等特点。The developed electrostatic spray antirust oil is composed by refined base oil and various additives. The tests of rust prevention, breakdown voltage, mechanical impurities and cleaning are conducted. The results show that the oil can be used for sealing antirust of cold - roll steel sheet, galvanized steel sheet and motor bearings. It shows satisfactory performance of antirust, electrical insulation, well - distributed oil film and easy cleaning.
