摘　　要：目的:探讨ZBP-89在肝癌组织中的表达、临床意义和缺氧诱导因子-2α(HIF-2α)组织水平上的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化染色法检测120例肝癌及癌旁组织中ZBP-89、HIF-2α的表达,分析ZBP-89的表达同肝癌临床参数的关系及同HIF-2α的相关性。结果:ZBP-89蛋白在33.3%(40/120)的肝癌组织中和60.8%(73/120)的癌旁组织中呈高表达状态,其在肝癌组织中的表达明显低于其在癌旁组织中的表达(P<0.05)。ZBP-89的表达与肝癌的大小呈负相关。在肝癌组织中ZBP-89的表达和HIF-2α的表达呈正相关。结论:ZBP-89可能参与了肝癌的发生、发展过程,其表达可能受HIF-2α调控。Objective： To investigate the expression of ZBP-89 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） tissues and analye its clinical significance and correlation with hypoxia inducible factor-2α（HIF-2α）.Methods： Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ZBP-89 and HIF-2α in 120 cases of hepatic carcinoma tissues and paired peritumoral tissues.The relationship between ZBP-89 expression and clinical parameters of hepatocellular carcinoma and its relationship with HIF-2α was also been analyzed.Results： High expression of ZBP-89 was found in 33.3% HCC tissues and 60.8% peritumoral tissues.Its expression in hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly lower than that in peritumoral tissues（p〈0.05）.The expression of ZBP-89 was negatively correlated with the size of liver cancer and positively correlated with the expression of HIF-2α in HCC tissues.Conclusion：ZBP-89 may be involved in the occurrence and development of HCC,and its expression may be regulated by HIF-2α.
