Ki67高表达与非霍奇金淋巴瘤及其亚型临床病理特征关系的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:运用Meta分析来评价Ki67高表达与非霍奇金淋巴瘤部分亚型临床病理特征的关系。方法:计算机检索Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials(CENTRAL)、Pub Med、EMbase、中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库中关于Ki67高表达与非霍奇金淋巴瘤如弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)和NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者某些特定的临床病理参数关系的临床研究,同时追索纳入文献的参考文献。检索时限均为从建库至2016年5月。统计学分析采用Rev Man5.2软件。结果:按照分组研究结果显示,DLBCL患者随着Ki67表达增高,肿瘤的Ann Arbor分期越高;对于NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者,Ki67高表达可显著影响患者的Ann Arbor分期、LDH的血清水平以及肿瘤细胞的恶性程度。由于纳入研究数量限制,还不能得出Ki67的表达水平与临床疗效及肿瘤细胞来源的正相关性。结论:Ki67高表达的非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者,细胞的恶性程度更高,生存状态差,预后不良。Objective：To evaluate the relationship between Ki67 overexpression and clinicopatholgical features of non- Hodgkin＇s lymphoma by Meta- analysis. Methods：We searched related papers about the relationship between Ki67 overexpression and some certain pathological parameters in non- Hodgkin＇s lymphoma in Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,Pub Med,EMbase,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP database,while recourse incorporated literature references. Retrieved time limits are from the building a database to May 2016. Statistical analysis was performed by Rev Man5. 2 software. Results：According to grouped results,DLBCL patients with increased expression of Ki67,Ann Arbor tumor stage was higher. Ki67 expression can significantly affect the patient＇s Ann Arbor stage,serum LDH levels and the malignancy degree of tumor cells in the patients with NK / T cell lymphoma. Since the study included quantitative restrictions,we can not come to the conclusion of the positive correlation between Ki67 expression level and clinical efficacy and tumor- derived cells. Conclusion：The higher expression Ki67 in non- Hodgkin ＇s lymphoma patients,the more malignant in tumor cells,worse living conditions,poorer prognosis.
