摘　　要：脑膜瘤是常见的颅内肿瘤,其病理类型较多,治疗方法各异,较难治愈。脑膜瘤的治疗方法有手术切除、手术辅助放疗、术前血管栓塞联合手术治疗及化疗和分子靶向治疗等。目前手术切除为首选方法,但复发率较高。文章就脑膜瘤治疗的研究进展作一综述,以期为临床治疗脑膜瘤提供参考。Meningiomas are common intracranial neoplasms with a variety of pathological types,which are difficult to cure.There are various treatments for meningiomas,including surgical resection,adjuvant radiotherapy,preoperative vascular embolization combined with operation and chemotherapy,molecular target therapy,etc.Although surgical resection is the preferred treatment at present,it is associated with a higher recurrence rate.This paper reviews the research progress in the treatment of meningiomas to provide reference for clinical treatment of meningiomas.
