摘 要:以青少年运动员为例,采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法探讨群体规范对体育团队认同的影响,尝试探索团队认同的前因变量问题,为青少年体育团队认同的构建提供借鉴意义。运用SPSS和Amos软件对相关数据进行统计分析,通过因素分析、相关分析及结构方程模型等方法开展研究。研究表明:青少年运动员群体规范对团队认同正向影响显著,群体规范是体育团队认同形成的重要前因变量之一,应充分关注群体规范对团队认同的正向影响作用;青少年运动员群体规范的影响因素包括从众路径、利益联盟以及团队内规范(按影响程度排序);青少年运动员团队认同的影响因素包括认同影响因素、认同过程以及认同危机(按影响程度排序)。Focusing on young athletes,this study discusses the influence of group criterion on sports team identity and tries to explore the antecedent problem of team identity to provide reference for the construction of youth sports team identification.The research is carried out with the literature material,questionnaire survey and other methods.Besides,it analyzes relevant data with software SPSS17.0 and Amos.It is also carried out through the methods of analyzing factors,correlation analysis and structural equation model.The research shows that group criterion of young athletes has a dramatic influence on team identity.Group criterion is one of the most important antecedents to the formation of sports team identity.Team norms,conformity path as well as the interest alliance are the three main aspects which have an effect on the factors of the youth group criterion.That is to say,full attention should be paid to the effects of adolescent athletes in the course of team building.What' s more,the three main aspects affecting the adolescent athletes' team identity are the influencing factors of team identification,the recognition process and the crisis of group identity.
