民办高校家庭经济困难学生创业问题及对策研究

摘　　要：高校大学生就业形势日益严峻,民办高校家庭经济困难学生就业更是处于弱势地位。当前,民办高校家庭经济困难学生创业存在的问题有:民办高校家庭经济困难学生的创业意愿与实际行动不相符,创业能力迫切需要提升,缺少系统、专业的创业课程学习。促进民办高校家庭经济困难学生创业,政府、学校、家庭三方应形成合力,为其营造良好的创业环境,同时民办高校要有针对性地开展全方位的创业指导,提升家庭经济困难学生的创业综合能力。University students＇ employment is increasingly grim and the employment for the needy students in private universities is especially vulnerable. Currently the needy students in private universities have such entrepreneurial problems as：the failure of their entrepreneurial intention to be consistent with their real action, the urgent need of their entrepreneurial abilities to be improved and the lack of systematically professional learning of entrepreneurial courses. To promote the needy students＇ entrepreneurship in private universities, such three sides as government, school and family should make a joint effort to create a good entrepreneurial environment for them, and private universities should carry out an all-round targeted guidance for entrepreneurship to promote the comprehensive entrepreneurial ability of the needy students.
