摘　　要：1949—1966年是新中国书籍设计初创、发展和初步繁荣的时期。文章通过对该时期传统纹饰在封面中的应用的研究,分析了这一时期书籍封面设计的发展概况,探讨了传统纹饰的类型和表现方式,并阐述了传统纹饰在书籍封面上的运用对中国当代书籍设计的借鉴意义。1949 - 1966 is the new Chinese book design innovation, development and initial prosperity period.This paper analyzes the development of book cover design in this period through the research on the application of traditional decoration in the cover.This paper discusses the types and expression of traditional decoration, and expounds the application of traditional decoration in the book cover of contemporary Chinese book design for reference.
