摘 要:随着武警院校教官制的深入推行,士官教官队伍建设逐渐成为院校整体建设的重要内容,加强武警院校士官教官队伍建设意义重大。从士官教官的最初选拔机制不够完善、教学适应不够迅速、作用发挥不够充分以及工作积极性不能长久保持四个方面,分析了士官教官队伍建设存在的现实问题,并针对问题从选拔、培训、使用和激励四个方面进行了探索和思考。With the deepening of the armed police college instructor system, sergeant instruc- tor team construction has gradually become the important content of colleges and universities overall construction. Strengthening noncommissioned officers of PAP military academies is of great significance. This paper analyzes the practical problems of the construction of ser- geant instructors, from four respects:sergeant drillmasters initial selection mechanism is not perfect;teaching adapation is not fast enough;the rples are not fully played and work enthu- siasm can't keep for a long time. Finally,improvement can be made from the selection,train- ing, use and motivation.
