摘  要:目的探讨红细胞A2亚型在血型血清学和分子生物学的异同点。方法用单克隆抗-A、抗-B、抗-A1血型试剂进行血清学检测,对血清学检测为A2亚型的标本再进行ABO基因第6内含子和第7外显子测序分析。结果血清学检测共筛得40例A2亚型标本,基因检测得10例A2亚型,27例A1型,3例B(A)亚型;A2亚型以A205居多,非A2型以A102/B101居多。结论中国人群红细胞A2亚型的血清学与基因型表现比较复杂,血清学表现为A2亚型,但基因型具有多样性,而且红细胞上A抗原的凝集强度与基因型之间不存在相关性。Objective To investigate the differences and similarities between serology and andmolecular biology of A2 phenotypes in patients' blood group.Methods The monoclonal anti-A,anti-B,anti-A1 reagents were used for serological detection.The intron 6 and exon 7 of the ABO gene were sequenced in the individuals with serological diagnosed A2(B).Results 40 cases of A2(B) subtypes were detected by serological tests.10 cases of A2(B) subtype,27 cases of type A1,3cases of B(A) subtype were detected by genetic analysis.Among these,A205 was the most commongenotype,A102/B101 was the most common genotype among non-A2-related alleles.Conclusion A2(B) phenotypes could derive from different genotypes,and the serological characteristic may be heterogeneity in the Chinese population.And there is no association with agglutination strength and genotype.
