胃癌患者血清人淋巴细胞活化基因3蛋白、重组人DIckkopf相关蛋白1水平与临床病理特征的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌患者血清中LAG-3、DKK-1水平与胃癌病理类型及临床预后的关系。方法选取经病理确诊的胃癌患者60例,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测胃癌患者血清中LAG-3、DKK-1的含量,探讨各蛋白表达水平与胃癌病理类型及临床预后的关系。结果伴有淋巴结转移的胃癌患者血清DKK-1、LAG-3水平高于无淋巴结转移的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TNM分期为Ⅳ期的患者DKK-1、LAG-3水平高于其他分期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低分化的胃癌DKK-1、LAG-3水平高于高分化和中分化组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TNM分期、DKK-1、LAG-3水平是胃癌患者死亡的独立风险因素(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者血清中LAG-3、DKK-1水平与胃癌病理类型及临床预后密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship of LAG-3 and DKK-1 levels in the serum of patients with pathological types of gastric cancer and clinical prognosis.Methods 60 cases of advanced gastric cancer diagnosed by pathology were selected.To detect the content of LAG-3 and DKK-1 in the serum of gastric cancer patients by using the method of enzyme-linked immunoassay,and to explore the relationship of the expression level of each protein and the pathological type with clinical prognosis of gastric cancer.Results Levels of LAG-3 and DKK-1 in serum of patients with lymph node metastasis group and without lymph node metastasis group were compared,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; DKK-1,LAG-3 levels in Ⅳ patients of TNM stage were higher than that of other stages,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; DKK-1,LAG-3 in low differentiated gastric cancer were higher than that of high level differentiated group and the middle level differentiated group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; TNM,DKK-1 staging,LAG-3 levels were independent risk factors for death in patients with gastric cancer.Conclusion The levels of LAG-3 and DKK-1 in the serum of patients with gastric cancer are closely related to the pathological type and clinical prognosis.
