摘　　要：针对铁道车辆高摩合成闸瓦磨耗限打标记的工艺技术问题,设计了专用磨耗限打标机,提高了工作效率,降低了生产制造成本,方便了现场工人的操作,为满足产品的安全使用性能要求,提供了必要的技术保证。In order to solve the technical problems of railway vehicle limit marking with high friction composite brake shoe wear,this paper designs the special wear limit marking machine,which improves work efficiency,reduces manufacturing cost,makes on-site operation convenient,and provides necessary technical support for meeting the requirements of the safety performance of products.
