摘　　要：中国天命观滥觞于夏商周三代,争鸣于先秦各种思想流派,定型于秦汉。自汉以降,人们逐渐树立了对天的绝对崇拜和塑造出代代相传的对天的内心敬畏。天命观因其为道德之源,所以在维护王权,统御民众,统一人们的精神世界上起到了重要作用。了解天命观的历史演进和作用,不仅能够透视中国传统文化传承的基本脉络,还能够深度理解天命观的存在与影响。Chinese concept of destiny originated in the Xia,Shang and Zhou generation,contended in the pre-Qin schools of thought,stereotyped in the Qin and Han Dynasties. Since the Han dynasty, people gradually establish the absolute worship of the sky and shape the inner respeet and fear on the sky from generation to generation. Because it is the source of morality, the concept of destiny plays an important role in safeguarding the royal power, ruling the people and unifying the spiritual world of people. In modern China, understanding the historical evolution and role of the concept of destiny can not only penetrate into the basic thread of Chinese traditional culture transmission, hut also explain the existence and influence of the concept of destiny clearly in a certain range.
