摘 要:汽轮机调节阀流量特性的准确获取是机组负荷精确控制的前提,在试验得到调节阀实际流量特性数据的条件下,建立汽轮机流量特性模型是分析及优化调节阀特性的基础。本文采用数据拟合方法建立主蒸汽流量、调节阀开度、流量指令三者的数学模型,利用流量校正的方法对调节阀开度进行优化,对优化后的调节阀-流量特性利用BP神经网络进行模拟还原。应用结果表明,该方法能够提高优化的可靠性。Accurate acquisition of steam turbine regulating valve's characteristics is precondition for unit load control. On the premise of obtaining the turbine valve's characteristics through field tests, establishing mathematical model for the turbine regulating valve's characteristics will make the theoretical analysis and calculation be easier. In this paper,the data fitting method was applied to build up a mathematical relation- ship between and among steam flow, valve opening and valve position instruction. Then, the flow calibra- tion method was employed to optimize the opening degree of the valve. Finally,BP nerve network was used to simulate the relationship between the valve position and the steam flow. The experimental results show that this method can improve the reliability of the optimization.
