多种药物联合应用治疗百草枯中毒致口腔溃疡患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察蒙脱石散、替硝唑胶囊及制霉菌素片配制的混合药物联合康复新液治疗百草枯中毒致口腔溃疡患者的效果。方法:将符合研究条件的60例百草枯中毒致口腔溃疡患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组25例,给予康复新液漱口、口腔常规护理。治疗组35例,在对照组基础上加用蒙脱石散、替硝唑胶囊及制霉菌素片配制的混合药物涂抹口腔黏膜。两组患者均给予洗胃、导泻、血液灌流、激素冲击、抗氧化、血必净清除炎性介质、保护肝肾肺等重要脏器治疗。比较两组患者口腔溃疡疼痛缓解的时间、溃疡粘膜愈合的时间以及并发细菌和真菌感染的发生率。结果:两组患者的就诊时间、口腔溃疡发生时间及口腔溃疡严重程度比较,差异均无统计学意义(p>0.05)。治疗组患者的口腔溃疡粘膜愈合的时间和溃疡疼痛缓解的时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。治疗组患者并发细菌和真菌感染的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:蒙脱石散、替硝唑胶囊及制霉菌素片配制的混合药物联合康复新液对百草枯中毒致口腔溃疡患者具有良好的临床疗效,值得推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of mixed drug which was made up by Montmorillonite Powder, Tinidazole Capsule and Nystatin Tablets combined with Kangfuxin solution in the treatment of patients with mouth ulcer caused by paraquat poi- soning. Methods A total of 60 eligible patients with mouth ulcer induced by paraquat poisoning were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group included 25 cases and were given the conventional oral care and Kangfuxin solution for gargling, when the treatment group were 35 cases and were daubed onto the oral mucosa with mixed drug which was made up by Montmorillonite Powder, Tinidazole Capsule and Nystatin Tablets except for conventional treatment. Both groups were treated with gastric lavage, catharsis, blood perfusion, methylprednisolone shock therapy, anti oxidant, Xuebijing removing inflammatory media- tors, protecting the important organs, such as liver, kidneys, lungs, and so on. Compared the relief time of pain, mucosal healing time, and the incidence of bacterial or fungal infection between the two groups. Results The time of coming to the hospital for treat- ment, occurring time of mouth ulcer and severity levels of mouth ulcer between the two groups had no significant difference（p〉0.05）. Both the mouth ulcer mucosal healing time and the relief time of pain in the treatment group were significantly less than the control group, the difference were statistically significant （p〈0.05）. The incidence of bacterial or fungal infection in the treatment group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The mixed drug which was made up by Montmorillonite Powder, Tinidazole Capsule and Nystatin Tablets combined with Kangfuxin solution had a very markedly therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with mouth ulcer caused by paraquat poisoning.
