玻璃体切除手术治疗不同分期增生性糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨玻璃体切除手术治疗不同分期增生性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2015年6月至2016年9月行玻璃体切除手术治疗的50例(54眼)增生性糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床资料,其中Ⅳ期10例(11眼),V期21例(22眼),Ⅵ期19例(21眼),术后随访3个月,观察不同分期患者的治疗情况。结果:在54眼中,其中视力改善37眼(占68.52%),不同分期患者视力改善率比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=6.587,P=0.031)。在54眼中,其中手术显效29眼(占53.70%),不同分期患者手术显效率比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=5.627,P=0.026)。结论:玻璃体切除手术治疗不同分期增生性糖尿病视网膜病变临床疗效显著,且越早进行手术效果越好。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of pas lanna vitrectomy in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy at different phases. Methods： The clinical parameters were in 50 cases （54 eyes） with pas plana vitrectomy from Jun.2015 to Sep.2016 were analyzed. In the 50 patients, there were 10 cases （11 eyes） for 1V stage,21 cases （22 eyes） for V stage and 19 cases （21 eyes） for VI stage. With 3 month follow-up, the clinical conditions were compared. Results： In the 54 eyes, there were 37 eyes （68.52% ） with vision improvement. The difference was statistically significant of improvement rate in different stages （χ^2=6.587,P=0.031）. 29 eyes （53.70%） were good operative outcomes. The difference was statistically significant of significant efficiency in different stages （χ^2= 5.627,P=0.026）. Conclusion： The clinic curative effect of pas plana vitrectomy in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy at different phases is obvious.
