摘  要:"双师型"师资在数量、质量和结构上的不足成为制约县域中职学校发展的瓶颈。本研究以江苏省太仓市中等专业学校为个案对象,探究县域中职学校"双师型"师资队伍建设所面临的问题及可能的发展路径。研究认为,县域中职学校在建设"双师型"师资队伍中,应采取外援与内生相结合的路径,借助政策优势,强化内在生长机制,进而形成良性的"双师型"师资队伍建设路径。The shortage of "dual-qualification" teachers in quantity, quality and structure has become the bottleneck which restricts the development of the county secondary schools. This study, with Taicang City Secondary Specialized School of Jiangsu Province as the study object, explored the problems in cultivation of "dual-qualification" teachers of county secondary vocational schools and the possible development path. Studies suggest that it is necessary for county secondary vocational schools in the construction of "dual-qualification" teachers, to adopt path combinirlg foreign aid with endogeny power, use the policy advantages, strengthen internal growth mechanism, and then form a benign path of "dual-qualification" teachers construction.
