摘　　要：目的:研究溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)患者口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗前后结肠黏膜组织中次级淋巴组织趋化因子(secondary lymphoid tissue chemokine,SLC)的表达变化。方法:用免疫组化法检测40例UC活动期患者口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗前后及20例正常志愿者的乙状结肠黏膜中SLC的表达。结果:SLC在正常组中微弱表达或不表达,在UC中表达上调。美沙拉嗪治疗前组与正常组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。美沙拉嗪治疗后组与治疗前组相比SLC表达下调(P<0.01)。UC患者病变范围越小、病情越轻,美沙拉嗪治疗后SLC表达下调越明显(P<0.05)。结论:SLC参与了UC的结肠黏膜组织损伤,与病变程度、病情转归有相关性。美沙拉嗪肠溶片可明显下调SLC的表达。Objective： To detect the expression change of secondary lymphoid tissue chemokine（SLC） in colon mucosa of ulcerative colitis（UC） patients who were treated by mesalazine enteric-coated tablet. Methods： SLC was examined by immunohistochemistry in 40 UC patients who were in the active stage before and after the treatment of mesalazine enteric-coated tablet, and in 20 normal volunteers. Results： Expression of SLC was extremely faint or negative in normal group, and was upregulated in UC patients group. The UC group before treatment had statistically significant difference from normal group（P〈0.01）. After the treatment of mesalazine enteric-coated tablet, the level of SLC was decreased（P〈0.01）. Expression of SLC was down-regulated more obviously while the disease extent was smaller and the condition was lighter（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： SLC was involed in the damage of colon mucosa tissue, and was correlated with the disease degree and outcome. SLC was significantly down-regulated by mesalazine enteric-coated tablet.
